Can I visit?
Unfortunately, at this time we are no longer doing cattery visits. For those with severe allergies, we highly recommend finding a cattery that can accommodate in-person allergy testing, which is the best method of testing. We do not do Fel d 1 testing at this time.
How does the reservation process work?
Kittens can be reserved prior to birth with a 100 reservation fee and a signed reservation contract. Reservations can be used for up to 2 years, and are non-refundable, unless we don't have a kitten for you in that time frame.
Once the kittens are born, a 50% deposit is necessary to place a hold on a particular kitten. This deposit will include your initial deposit, if applicable.
What health/genetic testing is done at Kirigami?
Our breeders have been screened for Feline Leukemia Virus (FeLV), Feline Immunodeficiency Virus (FIV), Erythrocyte Pyruvate Kinase Deficiency (PK deficiency), Polycystic Kidney Disease (PKD1). They have either received a neg/neg test and/or both parents are neg/neg. Our cats are up to date on vaccinations, including rabies, and receive a regular deworming protocol.
What is the cost of a kitten?
Kittens going to pet homes are generally 2200
Contact us for breeding rights pricing.
What is included with my kitten?
All kittens will receive their first and second FVRCP vaccinations and be up to date on deworming.
They will have a vet health check, and a health guarantee (see below for details)
They will also come with TICA registrations slips, information/education for pet owners, documentation of vaccination and a toy for your little kitty:)
What can I get ahead of time to smooth my kittens transition?
Litter: Kittens are litter box trained, and have been using crystal litter- Dr. Elsey's, Frisco ect. which are available on Chewy.
To smooth your kittens transition, we highly recommend continuing to use crystal litter. If you are unhappy with it, you can always transition to your preferred litter once your kitten settles in.
Food: Kittens are eating Life's Abundance dry food (available on our website) and Instinct Raw Boost dry food. They are also eating Blue Ridge Beef Kitten grind, and Royal Canin Mother/Baby Cat wet food.
Supplements: We use Kitty Bloom vitamin-mineral supplement, and usually have samples to send along with your kitten

deformities for one year.
• In order to qualify for these guarantees:
